Dr. Shawn Wherry was born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Biology, he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota. Soon after graduation, he decided he had enough of the cold weather and moved to sunny Arizona. Since 1998, Dr. Wherry has practiced in a variety of clinical settings that specialized in multidisciplinary treatment, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and pain management. Dr. Wherry recently opened Sonoran Spine and Rehab in 2013, where he has been utilizing his 20 years of knowledge and experience to treat patients with the highest standard of care.

 

When not treating patients, Dr. Wherry enjoys golfing and hiking in beautiful Arizona.  He and his wife, Becky, never have a dull moment raising their four girls together.
